  This @Zaxbys location is on the corner of the NCSU campus, easy to access. I really enjoy the food, they have great chicken wings, fries, and tenders. I generally get the Wingz 'n Things, which comes with buffalo wings, tenders, fries, and toast. You can pick which flavor sauce you want, and also which dipping sauce you want.
   They do have an email club which tells you about specials, and gives you a birthday freebie.

  I just went to here, I ordered a wings meal and they sent me home with a salad. I'm upset I didn't check but how can you mess up the order that badly

  Zaxby's will tow your car even if you eat there and stay longer than 30 minutes. Also, they will tow your car if you park there for 10 minutes just to go next door.
  
  This is wrong and will never eat at Zaxby's again. I urge everyone to boycott this location until we get our $150 back.
  
  Ownership should be ashamed.

  order took forever, ordered before big group walked in but they skipped us and served about 10 people before us. had to go up there and remind them to start our order.

  Now that I have moved, and won't look like a ridiculous hypocrite for continuing to visit this store, I can give this restaurant the 1 star review that it deserves.
  
  Zaxby's is not all bad. I think Wings and Things is a very solid menu item. With chicken fingers, wings, fries, and Texas Toast, it's not a bad deal at all. I similarly found myself absolutely loving the Blue Buffaloed Zalad. It's honestly a winner, outside of occasionally getting some wilted leaves in my salad.
  
  Now, all that positivity aside, I really dislike the fact that this place charges extra for sauces. There was one night when the restaurant ran out of almost everything, a result of move-in weekend at NC State. Given that this Zaxby's has been open for many years, it's just really poor management to not have adequate inventory on hand after going through move-in weekend at NC State many times, but I digress.
  
  On the aforementioned night, the restaurant was even out of ketchup. They did not inform me about this before I ordered my meal. Some restaurants have fries that do not require dipping sauce of any kind, but Zaxby's is not one of those restaurants. I politely requested they provide me with a different sauce to make up for the fact that they were out of ketchup, but they refused to budge. They told me it would still be $0.25. Even as a broke student at the time, $0.25 is not a significant amount of money. That said, the principal is just garbage.
  
  Outside of this idiosyncrasy, the service here is consistently very very crappy. I have worked fast food before, so believe that I understand how things work. The cashiers aren't paid nearly enough to care. Still, it's part of the job to at least pretend you care. I once stood in the lobby for close to 10 minutes trying to get somebody to take my order, but I couldn't get a staff member to even acknowledge me.
  
  While the food at Zaxby's can be very good, the service at this Zaxby's is simply awful. I am not exaggerating when I say that it is among the worst that I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. I'm sure this place will reopen and everything will be hunky dory due to its convenient location, but I would be pretty happy if it closes for good.
